Our policies
What to know before you book a visit.
Booking and deposits
Every visit is booked ahead, because we are on the road and don't take walk-ins. Group visits and new soft-gel sets take a deposit that holds the date and goes toward your total. A single manicure or pedicure at a home or office doesn't need one.
Canceling and running late
Tell us at least 48 hours before a group visit and 24 hours before a single one. If we are held up on the road, we text you. If guests are more than 20 minutes late, we may shorten the last slot.
If you miss an appointment
If nobody is there when we arrive, the deposit stays with us and the next date is booked from scratch. Text us and we will find a new time.
Children and companions
Children are welcome at a birthday with an adult in the room. We do polish and simple gel for guests of any age with an adult's yes. We don't do extensions on children.
Patch tests and allergies
Tell us if you have reacted to a nail product, or if you have a cut or an infection on your hands or feet. We may ask you to see your doctor first and will gladly rebook you. If you have diabetes or a wound on your foot, check with your doctor before a pedicure.
Redos and refunds
Tell us within a week and we will look at it with you. If your nails were done elsewhere, book removal first, and please don't pull off gel or soft-gel yourself.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. A host can leave one for the team at the end, or each guest can tip the technician who did their nails.
Before your visit
The host sets out a table about the size of a card table, a chair for each guest, an outlet within reach and good light, with a clear spot on the floor for towels. Pets go in another room, and guests who want a pedicure need a seat with their feet down.
