How pricing works
A visit is priced from the plan we make with you. The prices show when you book. These are the things that set them.
How many guests, which services, how long the nails are, the product you choose, how much art, and whether we remove someone else's work first. How far we drive can add to a visit, and we say so before you book.
Guests and services
Natural nails or an extension set
Polish, gel or soft-gel
Art on a few nails or all ten
Removal of work done elsewhere
Planning your visit
Send the date, the address, how many guests there will be and what each wants. We write back with a plan: who comes, how long it takes and what the host sets out. Pictures are welcome, by text or on the booking page.
Deposits
Group visits and new soft-gel sets take a deposit to hold the date. It goes toward your total, and the amount is shown when you book. A single manicure or pedicure at a home or office doesn't need one.
Canceling or running late
Tell us at least 48 hours before a group visit and 24 hours before a single one. If the date has to move, we look for the next opening together. If guests are 20 minutes late, we shorten the last slot rather than keep everyone waiting.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Add art, a French tip, chrome or a hand massage on the day. We tell you the time it adds and agree it before we start, and nothing is added without your yes.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. A host can leave one for the team at the end of a group visit, or any guest can tip the technician who did their nails.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card works for any amount toward a visit, a single service or an add-on. It isn't a package, and you can buy one online for a bride, a team or a friend.
